Multi-Function Calculator Terms of Service
Welcome to “Multi-Function Calculator” (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. Services
The App provides basic calculation, calculation history, notes, archives, currency conversion, scientific calculation, voice feedback, sound and haptic feedback, membership subscriptions, and related features. Some features may require an active Pro membership.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App lawfully and reasonably. You may not use the App for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, system-disruptive, or harmful activities. You are responsible for verifying that your inputs, calculation results, and conversion results meet your needs.
3. Calculation Results and Exchange Rates
Calculation results and currency conversion results are provided for general reference only. Results may vary due to input errors, device environment, network conditions, third-party exchange rate services, rounding, decimal settings, or other factors. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice. For important amounts, contracts, finance, investments, tax, or legal matters, you should independently verify the results and consult qualified professionals.
4. Pro Membership and In-App Purchases
Pro membership may unlock advanced features such as scientific calculation, currency conversion, notes, voice feedback, haptics and sound, and history archives. Available features are subject to the descriptions shown in the App.
Membership products are purchased through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge renewal fees within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free trials, offers, prices, and availability may vary by region, time, and App Store configuration. Any unused portion of a free trial may be handled according to Apple’s rules after you purchase a subscription. Restore Purchase is used to restore active membership rights associated with the same Apple ID.
5. Refunds
In-app purchase payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple. If you need to request a refund, please submit the request through Apple Support or your App Store purchase history. We cannot directly refund payments collected by Apple.
6. User Data and Backup
Calculation records, notes, archives, and settings are primarily stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up, verifying, and managing important content. We are not responsible for losses caused by uninstalling the App, device damage, system reset, accidental deletion, or other data loss events.
7. Third-Party Services
Currency conversion may use third-party exchange rate services. We do not control the availability, accuracy, update frequency, or policies of third-party services. If a third-party service is interrupted, changed, or returns abnormal data, related App features may be affected.
8. Intellectual Property
The App’s software, interface, design, icons, text, and other content are protected by applicable laws. Unless permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise misuse any part of the App without permission.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or meet all of your requirements. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Changes and Termination
We may update, adjust, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App based on product planning, technical needs, legal requirements, or review requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to keep core features stable, but we do not promise that all features will remain available permanently.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available in the App or on the relevant page and will take effect from the stated effective date. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
